Shipping policy

At Motocush, we aim to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Legal Framework
This Shipping Policy is subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or guarantee you are entitled to under the ACL.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information
We reserve the right to extend processing times during peak periods, promotions, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Express Shipping (where available): 3–7 business days
⚠️ Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, high-volume periods, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
4. Order Confirmation
Upon placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute dispatch or final acceptance of your order. A separate shipping confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
5. Tracking Information

If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us at support@motocush.com
6. Delivery & Risk
Once your order is dispatched, physical responsibility for delivery passes to the courier. An order is considered delivered once the courier's tracking system confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Packages marked as delivered but reported as not received

Theft or loss occurring after confirmed delivery

Delays caused by the courier or third-party logistics providers
In such cases, we encourage you to contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided. Where your consumer guarantee rights under the ACL are engaged, those rights remain unaffected.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Orders delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you are not eligible for free reshipment or refund under our store policy, except where required by the ACL.
8. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
All orders shipped within Australia are dispatched via tracked courier services. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location within Australia. Remote or regional areas may experience longer delivery times than metropolitan estimates.
9. International Shipping & Customs
For orders shipped outside Australia:

Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control

Any applicable duties, import taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout

We are not responsible for delays arising from customs processing in the destination country
10. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@motocush.com and we will investigate on a case-by-case basis. Any remedy offered will be consistent with your rights under the ACL and applicable Australian consumer law.
